Weekly Technical Progress Update #6, Sunday July 25th

This week the frontend team has been building out the “create pool”, “deposit liquidity”, “withdraw liquidity” interactions. Additionally, we have added a Dark Mode to the site!

The infrastructure team worked towards making our site completely static, and setting up a deployment pipeline to host the site on IPFS.

The backend and smart contract team continue working to refactor our swap contracts to remove the Plutus state machine code, as it is a huge source of transaction size. We also onboarded Eliza, a new plutus dev. Finally, working late into the night, we successfully ran our create_pool transaction on our private testnet, marking the first time one of our smart contracts has been executed outside of the PAB simulation environment, a huge milestone! Next stop: Alonzo White!

The research team worked on a draft for the ISO policy “greenpaper”, and minor iterations on the informal spec as we onboard new developers.
